Shipping policy
General Shipping Policies
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes (except for armed forces BFPO or international equivalent numbers). Also, your shipping address must be either where your credit card is registered or a verifiable work address.
Most orders are processed within the office hours of 9am - 1pm (when the delivery companies start to collect) Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), so if you place an order over the weekend it may not be processed or dispatched till Monday at the earliest.
Dispatch Times
Any clothing order placed by credit or debit card or PayPal instant payment before 1pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day, after 1pm and weekends we will dispatch next working day. Some orders will still be dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday but most will be dispatched on the next working day. Some of our homeware items are shipped direct from the manufacturer so they may arrive in a separate packet.
Please note that we no longer accept personal cheques or postal orders.
We try very hard to make sure that we're not listing anything that we don't actually have in stock, so in almost all cases everything you can see is in stock.
If for any reason we've made a mistake and we don't have something you've ordered we will let you know as soon as possible by email or telephone.
Taxes and Customs
If you are outside of the United Kingdom, you will almost certainly have to pay import or other local taxes, which can end up being quite high. They vary from country to country so please contact your local authorities if you are unsure. The customs process can also cause delays so please keep this in mind.
Please also note, we can not mark items as gift or reduce their values on customs forms as it's illegal, so please don't ask.
